Slow Down.

The most effective way to handle stress and negative feelings is to get to the source. What is causing you this angst?
Personally knowing what demotivates you will help to keep track of what can and cannot be handled.
Knowing is power as well, because now that particular stressor can be pinpointed and eventually quarantined.

Let go of Control.

Who doesn’t like to run everything? It’s nice, but also impossible to keep up. If you’re like me, then you want to be in control of just about every aspect of your life. No one is able to puppet master in this way
(if you know anyone, PLEASE introduce me!), and the stress will eventually manifest into demotivation, and cause a crash and burn.
Just think: why am i obsessing over this matter? Will doing this make the matter any easier? If not, then why do I bother?
It’s all about coming to terms with how you want to get through a situation, stressed and in control (and eventually demotivated), or with a clear head.

Life happens, you might as well be well rested.

Carve out some time.

There is nothing better than being able to block some time away for yourself. This can be doing anything that doesn’t make you feel “on” at all times. Some examples include:
  • Going to the gym (an affordable one of course!)
  • Watching a little television or youtube
  • Hanging out with a significant other and more!

For me, that consisted of buying a domain, and setting up my blog. This allows me to interact with all of you by sharing my ideas. It is also allowing me to improve in my interaction with other content creators.
However there are many other avenues that you can take, such as:
Try to allow time for at least 1 hour to get creative. Not only does this hone in on your talents and boost your motivation in relation to these avenues, but it also gives you something to look forward to in your day.

  1. I’m impressed, I need to say. Really rarely do I encounter a weblog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you could have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is excellent; the problem is something that not enough persons are speaking intelligently about. I’m very comfortable that I stumbled throughout this in my search for something referring to this.
